Okay, I’m really trying and even if it doesn’t look like it, I think I’m making progress with my fashion shootings.
The colors are somehow dull but I tried to edit it as less as possible, because I’m always overdoing it 😛 I know there isn’t much depth in the pictures but I’m still getting used to my Nikon and I’m still having basic problems. So, I’m trying to keep it as simple as possible at the moment and stay in my garden.
However, I like this outfit. I wanted it to center around this beautiful dress by BCBGMaxAzria, so I kept everything black, which I love by the way. That outfit is perfect for autumn but you won’t believe how warm it was that day…
And I had some accessories for the first time, which were very helpful. I used them as a lead for where to stand during the shooting. There are so many helpful hints for beginners at The Clothes Horse and Rebecca’s photos and clothes are so inspiring and beautiful. Check it out if you don’t know her blog yet!
By the way, critic and hints are always welcome and appreciated 🙂 Feel free to comment any time.
